The YouTube videos and DIY solutions provided by iYogi are very helpful and they have always helped me to solve my small PC problems on my own. I have been using iyogi services from past 2 years, but have never faced any problem till now. But I feel this will be a good forum for the unfortunate ones who are not satisfied with your services, and through this complain form, they will get a better resolution for their complains and opinions. When I availed support from iyogi, they asked to give a feedback about their services whether I liked it or not. My experience with iyogi experts was beyond comparison and very special.

I used to believe early that iyogi tech support service is just to fool people of their hard earned money by telling them false stories about tech issues that are not there. But, when i came across iyogicomplaints.com, all my earlier negative thoughts about iyogi vanished. Now I can say that they are not fooling people and are offering real tech support services to help people in a easy and fast way.

I was facing boot up issues with my system and the issue was not handled properly by the technician. Due to this, the problem kept lingering on. Probably the best way to contact them is through phone and moreover most of their numbers are toll free and one is not charged for the call.

ReplyDeleteI have availed iyogi services once to fix my router that went bad and was not giving me proper signals. But the technician goofed up the entire thing and made the situation even worse. ReplyDeleteOrder Number 46926xxxxx… Too many cooks spoil the broth! The technician completely messed up the issue. To fix a simple MP3 player problem, he took complete one hour. And even after that, my problem still persisted. iYogi Complaints form gave me an option to raise my grievance. A new technician worked on my PC and fixed my problem… now everything works perfectly…

He told me that my hard drive is full. But that was not the case. My local technician told me that my hard drive has enough space to store data for next one year. So, I registered a complaint. Soon their supervisor called me up. He apologized for the mistake and cancelled my order. I got my money back in 7 days…

He further went ahead to convince me that my Mac is having some problem. This made me more annoyed. I filled a complaint of that technician through iYogi complaints form. For the last one year, I have been accessing the tech support services offered by iYogi. Whenever I have something to say related to the services offered by iyogi technicians, i take the iyogi complaints form way. The complaints form channel can be made more interactive, if the time taken to resolve the problem is reduced to the least possible duration.

ReplyDeleteI was not able to access internet. Even after setting all connections right, the problem persisted. Got iYogi’s number from a friend. The first technician was probably a sales guy. He kept on narrating me a long sales pitch; something I was not interested in. But the second technician was quick in understanding the problem. He ran a diagnostic test and informed me that the problem was due to a virus attack, something I did not even think of. He quickly fixed the issue. Good job!

I was so frustrated that I raised a charge back through iYogi complaints form. The supervisor made up for the mistake by reinstalled the suite. He also apologized for the mistake. ReplyDeleteI am accessing the tech support services of iyogi for the last one year, but it was for the first time that on contacting iyogi to get rid of the issue that i faced the technician put me on hold for more than 15 minutes… I was really annoyed, especially when you are facing such for the first time. i voice my complaint through iyogi complaints form. Another day i got an apology call from one of iyogi supervisors. He explained that there was some issue with iyogi's main server that's why you were made to wait for so long. He felt really sorry for the inconvenience. I cooled down, as it was a genuine problem.

Obviously if it is a major issue it takes time to resolve it. But that's not an issue when at the end of the day your machine is as fine as it was earlier. the technicians at iyogi are expert professionals, this is what i have experienced so far. I have no complaints with their services. They are just great.

By sending e-mail or filling complaints form, it might take some time. Secondly, by taking the medium of calling the customer care to voice your views, you might sometimes even come up with more queries. And the answer to same are given then only. As this is my view, others might differ on this.
